NYL is a cozy boutique studio and wellness space with a modern, friendly, and down to earth environment located in the Lower Garden District neighborhood of New Orleans, Louisiana. We aim to provide an accessible and inclusive space for people to authentically connect to their yoga practice, community, and world. Through this mission, we've gathered a community of yogis that celebrate connection, self-love, mindfulness, and compassion.
