  • Do you have yoga mats?
    Yes, we have mats for rent ($2) and mats for purchase.
  • Do I need to sign up for a class in advance?
    Yes, we are currently requiring students to pre-register for all In-Studio classes. This is not required if attending virtually.
  • How do I redeem a gift certificate?
    Gift certificates may only be redeemed in person at the studio.
  • Where do I park?
    Our studio is located on Saint Mary St., which has free parking. There is metered parking on Magazine Street and Sophie Wright Place until 7:00pm.
  • Are you hiring yoga teachers?
    We are always looking to expand our class offerings and staff. In order to teach at our studio, we ask that you please come visit us first! Because a major part of our mission is to provide a space for community connection, it is important that our teachers become a part of the community before they become a part of the team. We hope to see you soon!
