Yoga Class

NYL is diligently leaning into new operational protocols and procedures to remain safely open to all our clients. Our health and safety protocol is guided by our state and local health officials, as well as our conscience. See below for any and all changes that are in everyone's highest health interest.

LIMITED IN-STUDIO CLASS SIZE:

The density of in-studio classes is currently limited to nine students to maintain comfortable distance between yogis during class. Pre-registration is required for all in-studio classes prior to coming to the studio. This ensures we remain in capacity, and that touch free payment is used for all transactions. Find yourself waitlisted? You can still join virtually as all of our classes are live streamed via Zoom.

*Due to waitlists, members who register and do not show to class will be charged a $5 late cancel fee. Drop-ins and package holders will forfeit the class from their package.

FACE MASKS:

At this point, we ask that if you are not yet vaccinated, please wear a face mask when in the studio. Masks are not required during practice.

B.Y.O.M.:

Bring Your Own Mat. Please bring your own mat, though if you forget, we do have some available for rent with a $2 fee. We are currently allowing students to use our shared blocks, and please bring with you any other props, such as blankets or bolsters, you would like to use. Don't own any props? All of our classes are currently designed with props optional, and props are available for purchase inside the studio.

WHAT WE'RE DOING:

We've stepped up our pristine studio another notch and have added a deep clean and disinfection with EPA registered disinfectants after each class.  Recognizing the CDC's emphasis on the importance of air ventilation, NYL is prioritizing air flow by keeping the front and back doors of the studio open during class. Feel the breeze, hear the birds, know you are safe.

If you or anyone in your household is sick or showing any signs of COVID-19 (such as fever), please stay home! Doing so is showing love for yourself and love for our community. Additionally, there will be hand sanitizer available upon entering the studio, and socially distanced ways to navigate your in-studio routine. Come enjoy the in-studio experience with peace of mind and a heart full of community.

Keep an eye on our
schedule and instagram for class updates.

Thank you for being active members of our community! We are open to any feedback on what helps you feel safe. And please, if you can, get vaccinated!
