Following Power Flow
Join us for this monthly hangout directly following our Power Flow class! This is a time to connect with our community in a social setting, and will be held at a different location each month. Come flow with us, then walk to a nearby venue for connecting and nurturing friendships.
Andrea will lead us to a different neighborhood spot each month. Meet at the studio for details.

The Dark Moon and the Full Moon are sacred times of the month for closing old chapters and opening new ones. These events reflect cycles of moving from, and moving forward with intention for the months to come.
