The new moon is a sacred time of the lunar month for closing old chapters and opening new ones. These events reflect on cycles we are moving from, and move us forward with intention to the lunar month to come.
The full moon is a time for checking in with our intentions and what gifts they may have brought us. These events are a time of community support as we shift and grow together.
Bring a journal and prepare to let your heart lead you forward.

Directly following Power Flow
Join us for this monthly hangout directly following our Power Flow class! This is a time to connect with our community in a social setting, and will be held at a different location each month. Come flow with us, then walk to a nearby venue for connecting and nurturing friendships.
Andrea will lead us to a different neighborhood spot each month. Meet at the studio for details.
